RS Components og SKF styrker samarbejdet

Ny aftale udvider RS’s sortiment af lejer, pakninger og dele til kraftoverførsel

Danmark, 4 november 2019:

RS Components (RS) has signed a new direct supply agreement with Swedish bearing manufacturer SKF. The agreement will enable RS to undertake a rapid SKF range expansion, focusing first on power transmission products, bearings and seals for industrial design and maintenance engineers.

Founded in Gothenburg in 1907, SKF is the world's largest bearing manufacturer and one of Sweden’s largest companies, employing over 44,000 people around the world. It supplies bearings for a range of industrial and automotive applications, as well as being a development partner with, and sponsor of, the Ferrari Formula One team.

Besides bearings, seals and power transmission products, SKF manufactures a wide range of industrial lubricants and lubrication systems, condition monitoring solutions, tools, and other maintenance products.

“By strengthening our already well-established business relationship with SKF through greater direct engagement, we intend to build a much broader product portfolio to offer to our customers,” said Kristian Olsson, Vice President Industrial
Automation and Control at RS. “Our increased commitment will make our SKF offer the strongest available on a pan-European basis.”
